Problem is the context and intent your visitors should have. Tools have no clue about that.

@KevinG8 There´s a lot of resources from where you can learn the foundations behind building topical maps. From there, as @tiiberius says, you need to come up with the best approach to build a topical map for X website. Sorry to burst your bubble but there isn´t an universal way to build topical maps for every single site as each website will have its unique set of requirements and needs.

You can´t build a topical map for a SaaS website the same way for a local service company or for an e-commerce site.

The best resources I can share with you are Koray Tugberk Gubur and Yoyao Hsueh. These are the two best you can learn from.
