I'm fairly new to the topic clusters method, so please bear with me.
Let's say I wanted to create an affiliate blog around "dog accessories." Since there's already tough competition out there, I want to focus and rank for on something specific like "dog bathrobes."
Should my topic cluster map be something like this:
Best Dog Bathrobes 2023 (pillar page)
- Dog Accessories: The Ultimate Guide (sub-topic)
- Types of Dogs and Their Weight Class (sub-topic)
- How to Properly Wash Your Dog (sub-topic)
- etc., etc.
Or should it be something like this:
Dog Accessories: The Ultimate Guide (pillar page)
- Types of Dogs and Their Weight Class (sub-topic)
- How to Properly Wash Your Dog (sub-topic)
- Best Dog Bathrobes 2023 (sub-topic)
- etc., etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
