TopBuzz is a scam ?

i can't say surely about this but a few months back, i have seen that topbuzz have given payment to those people who have earn less then 500$ and those who have over 500$, topbuzz just deleted their account with same fake excuses so still i would say it's 50/50, because if a site is not willing to pay more then 500$ and it will pay you less then 500$ then i think there is something fishy out there. the legit site never do this.
