A few of mine:

1. Share the new backlink on Twitter, preferably an account with lots of followers
2. Put the URL in https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly to force Google to look at it
3. Create links to the page with the backlink on it on various other sites

Does anyone else have some good tricks to get new backlinks built indexed quickly? Can you do it better?
