Ready lists are so spamy.
Use Scrapebox and collect your own list and sort by PR.
To do this, use footprints from "Black Hat seo" forum.

For me Facebook is on the first place, then Pinterest and Twitter. Twitter is great if you how to use it properly. I'm not such a big fan of Twitter and that's why Twitter is on third place for me.
