Article Marketing Robot is Junk - I'd cross that off the list.

No Hands Seo - I wouldn't be buying that.

The Best Spinner - I personally didn't like it --> I'd go with Chimp Rewriter or Spinnerchief - the one time payment has been around $100-$120 for those where TBS $47 yearly (and it sucks imo).
 
TOols = BLACKHAT SEO
Manual = WHITE SEO

Lol you dont need all that :) 2-3 tools are enough.
 
Only "tool" I use is SEOquake toolbar so I can know what is the PR,Alexa, how many pages Indexed by Google for the visited URL...
 
nothing beats Extreme Wiki Poster when it comes to posting to Wikis
verifying and checking existing links - nothing beats Backlink Falcon ... because I built it and its super awesome
 
There are some decent tools in that list. Imo, its more important to know how to use a "tool" then all that junk in the trunk.
 
I dont see the best tool ever in your list, sadly i barely see it on a list. PPl just dont realize that they already have for free. I am sure if you have to pay for it it would be used a lot more with great results every time.

No tool can help you without a good and smart strategy. Actually now you can rank a site for great keyword with no software at all.

Hmmmm sounds interesting. Now where i can buy this "brain" tool you speak of. If it's more than $50/month i'm out.

Agreed with your statement. No tool can make best strategy like your brain. Tools are helpful sometime but can't rely fully on these.
