Top rated seller question

By next evaluation date I'll have sold more than 100 items in 12 months with 1k+ in sales and having met all the other criteria. Yet my next evaluation status shows "above average" still.

Anyone have any input on this?

my tracked shipping to US is too expensive tho, instead of 5-7$ it would be 20+ but none of my stuff has ever gone missing and i have no unsolved cases or strikes.

but eBay doesn't care if your packages aren't tracked

Probably the best would be to speak with someone from customer support dep. so they could check it on their end. If your account really qualify, they will give you top rated seller status no questions asked

If it a real account I suggest contacting someone from customer support. If it stealth I wouldn't risk it.

As someone mentioned there are many factors when EBay considers increasing limit. Upload tracking is one example. No buyer complains is another etc

In order to become eBay Top-rated seller , you need to meet these requirements:


-Have an eBay account that's been active for at least 90 days.
-Have a positive Feedback rating of at least 98%.
-Be a member of the PowerSeller programme
-Follow eBay selling practices policy
-Have at least 100 transactions during the last 12 months
-Have no more than 2% of transactions with 1 or more defects over your most recent evaluation period.
-Have received a maximum of 2 detailed seller ratings of 1 or 2-stars in the last 12 months, accounting for no more than 0.5% of your total Feedback.
-Have no more than 2 eBay Money-back Guarantee cases closed without seller resolution, accounting for no more than 0.3% of your total transactions.
-Meet the following requirements for detailed seller ratings and cases/PayPal Buyer Protection cases.
