Top ranked site in google with no use

So basically I have a blog that I would post streams for NHL games every year. I had adsense set up on it for the past 3 years and no problems, I guess since it's done through blogger. The site has been going down in rankings and fast which was always normal during the off season in the summer and they would go back up as soon as the season starts. I was making about 200$ a month with adsense and I was going to put a content locker for this season but thats not happening.

My question is, what would you do? Should I change the site completely to stream some other sport and put the content locker anyways. I mean I should take advantage of my google rankings while I have them no?

Stream KHL in the meantime...even american and canadian TV stations are going to do that until NHL starts.
