Top CPA / Content Locking Networks

Hi, Im going to start a video site and I need a list of Top CPA / Content Locking Networks with their pros and cons. I just dont know where to begin at all.

Networks sorted which supports adult sites or strictly adult or strictly non-adult would be highly appreciated. My video site will be strictly non-adult.

I never ever tried CPA networks before so if you guys could give me some tips I would be thankful to you. (You can suggest a great ebook on CPA / Content Locking too)

There are a whole host of CPA networks, and a whole host of content locking networks. They're somewhat different.
I feel like CPA content locking networks target hobbyists, forgive me for this, but any Professional, serious marketer, with the funds behind them with go for a solid CPA network.
That's not to say that CPA content locking networks are bad by any means. People still earn thousands, even millions with them.

Note, the below is purely opinion.

The best CPA content locking networks
- CPAGrip (probably the most popular)
- CPALead (probably the first one)
- OGAds (mobile aimed content locking network)
- AdWorkMedia (another standard alternative to CPAGrip and CPALead)

The best direct CPA marketing networks
- MaxBounty
- Peerfly

The best adult network, in my opinion
- CrakRevenue

CPALead still in business? Heard they dont pay their publishers?

That's my opinion.

I'd pick iMonetizeIt or Pollos over Crak any day. But that's just picking from the "noob-friendly" networks. Adult rev-share and private networks beat them by miles.

CPALead I haven't heard good things about for a year... I'd switch AdWorkMedia to CPABuild.

Peerfly closed their shops and didnt pay many affiliates.
 
Adludum is top-notch. High payouts and the best overview of offers I've seen
 
Ogads and don't tell them about that piece of crap network called cpalead
 
Does anyone have a tip on finding a "direct" email submit offer?

I'm testing different offers for our current project and I have noticed that EVERY email submit offer just keeps on dragging the user through multiple different offers to fill out and not even completing the content locker.

Are there even CPA offers that can just have the user enter their email/phone number and that's it?

I would love that too, it would be great if that is possible.
