Top comments method yet?

I can't seem to get any of my comments to top comments, and I comment like every day. Since this whole YouTube commenting update back in 13' YouTube have basically stripped me of everything. It can all be fixed if I can get top comments, but I can't do it no matter how hard I try. What are your methods to getting top comment?

You can no longer spam Top Comments. Because to do that you actually need a quality YouTube channel (channel authority), which is algorithmically calculated from a number of factors including: channel age, total channel views, Google+ friends/followers, subscriber count, average channel retention, no. of videos, partnership status, good standing.
