Top Comments Help

Hi

this is my first try with video commenting and i have a problem.

i can vote down and flag any random comment but when i vote up
any comment its no go to the top.

if the problem is with the proxies why im still can vote down
or comment and the comment is not ghost?

Youtube is a B!tch man, they're probably messing around on their servers or something!

Even sometimes I upvote manually and it doesn't go top!
