i have been working with a very good rx affiliate program for health products..
they pay on demand via wire transfer, EPESE and WebMoney, they cover all the
sending fees,14 day hold, min amount for wire is $500, min amount
for EPESE or WebMoney is $100.
they work with both controlled and non-controlled products and pay 25% for
all orders.
