EntroPay has been my second payment processor when gaypal screws things up, they only thing I don't like about them is their 5% load fee.

I heard bad stories about Plimus, from both vendors and affiliates. Mostly non payments in many cases even reversal of payments after the guarantee period (90 days).
They still own me few hundred in commissions. They give always some BS, last time they said my bank declined the ach WTF? But BoA has no record of them ever trying to deposit. I would stay away from them.

You could look into CCBill, quite pricey but for some more "high risk" products it works out. Google checkout is alright too, even they also can refuse to pay you and even refund your customers etc.
It will all depend what you are selling, if you make decent revenue get your own merchant account.
