What are the requirements these days to rank a new website in the TOP 3 of google for local business.

Like Plumber in New York.


We still have to create a website and everything, we only have a new domain.

Keep in mind for a city the size of NY and a super competitive category like Plumber, you would never rank top 3 for the entirety of the city, but only within a certain proximity around the pin.

Yes New York is just a sample, can also be a very small village in Spain for example.

1. Reviews and ratings with relevant keywords in the text
2. Well optimized gbp
3. Regular service update
