I would say adscendmedia and blamads.

No idea on the 3rd as I am with those 2 only.

I can recommend you to check out MGCash as they offer their affiliates such unique tools no other network has.

If it's relevant, you should notice that BlamAds has minimum payout of $500 for international members, at least if nothing has changed.

I would say that Adscendmedia is a good network with a locker. But, you may have higher earnings if you invest in getting Content Locker Pro.
