Hi everyone, i got a top 10 anime channel with voice over and editing the anime so much that the video gets no claims but yet my channel got declined for reused content. I was just going through your post and came to know about the query. I think your channel got declined due to some copyright issues. The same thing had happened with one of my friend's channel also. So you may come up with another channel and see that it does not get declined and be careful with those things for which copyright gets issued.

First time i applied i had anime scenes uploaded and got declined, then i changed my channel to a top 10 anime channel applied recently. that channel i linked is not mine. its an example of what type of content i make

The channel you linked has something strange going on. They seem to have content ID claims for copyrighted music in the recent uploads and the ads might be displaying because of that. This would've usually meant the channel isn't actually monetized, but the older videos don't have the claims but still show ads... so I'm not sure?

we won't know if a channel is monetized or not anymore since youtube can put ads even in a not monetized channel.

Usually, a rule of thumb when trying to monetize copyright content is to keep the scenes really short like 5-8 seconds, and do top 10s so you can keep them that short. YouTube will let you do reuse content with voice overs on them but copyright content usually has to be shorter. If you're just using stuff like other people's TikTok videos you can play them a lot longer because they're usually not copyrighted. Just make those changes on a newer channel if you want to keep this one up without deleting the videos and you should have no problem. I think another problem is the copyrighted music, get rid of it and only use royalty-free music or music that's not claimed in the YT system yet.
Also, once your channel hits 1k subs and 4,000 watch hours you will have ads coming from the music that's claimed on those videos. You usually can only tell if a channel is monetized if ads are playing over videos with no copyright content claims but sometimes YT still leaves ads up after you're demonetized as well so it's really hard to tell for sure.
