How would a tool like that even work?

Rather go somewhere like here: http://www.thetoptens.com/lists/ and make an infographic based on existing lists.

Appreciate the sarcasm, very useful, if i had the time and capacity i wouldn't be asking the question would i?

Considering there are content spinners that pull from hundreds of sources; theoretically it wouldn't be that hard.

Also top 10 lists are subjective...
