For keyword analysis I am using "Google Adwords Keyword Tool" that's my 1st tool.For search all analysis I am using Google SE then I am using SEO quack tool for searching competitive analysis and for checking D0Follow I am using Searchstatus. There are my basic tools forever. Then I am using some other tool like Scrapebox, SE Nuke X and Ultimate Demon, I like Ultimate Demon because in this tool you can submit and promote your content in Web 2.0 Sites, Wiki Sites, Social Bookmarking Sites, Video Sites, Article Directories, Web Directories, Press Releases, RSS Directories, Forum Profiles.

Manual link building is better for long-term results. I use just custom made softwares for multi-tier backlinking.

Same here. Although I got all of clyde's tool with this too. And GSA SER. (Almost forgot lol).

You can import your own targets into GSA -- I scrape them with scrapebox. I forgot to mention Ultimate Demon too, which I also use scrapebox for generating lists.
