Tools to start And reputation

Hey, I'm new to Amazon to ebay drop shipping !

1) recently I listed 2 items, unfortunately it was viewed 3 time per item, over night.
I'm guess im doing something wrong. how can I increase the views?

2)also I got 0 reputation because I'm new, nobodys is going to buy from 0 reputation, any suggestions?

3)The listing process is taking way to much time even with the template, any way to speed this up?
like are they any recommended "must have tools "?

Things you said is just simply too "little", 2 Listings are just very very very little amount to expect anything from that, i know it's not cool but there is no problem to have 10 listing limits from the beginning i think, you just have to call in eBay and ask them for this one. Also if i were you i wouldn't worry too much about views, because some product sell on it's 5th view and this is all it has all the time (saying this from my experience). So stay cool try more and you will find more good things in this business, don't be confused just start trying. I hope this things help. Wish you luck.

You can try to buy reviews here on BHW, so you will look more reputable.

Start with small, cheap, non branded items that will help build up your account rep. Look around and see what sells and then sell those items, even if you have to take a loss. Sometimes it is worth it to build up an account. Also look around and and see how others construct there titles and description. This will help get your ranking a little higher when someone searches for you items.
