I know theres vidIQ actually has a tool like this where you can go on there most viewed trending content and search by channel size. But is there any other tools at all like this?

Tubebuddy is somewhat similar. You can use the tag explorer to dig deeper.

can you search recent viral conent by channel size though? like a channel with 80 subs that blew up with one video?

for example a channel with 80 subs that got 500k views on one video this week. VIDIQ has this tool but it doesnt capture all data
