Tools to scrape niche trending hashtag

Anyone knows a good tool that allow to search hashtag for a niche or a geotargeted area? I've seen many instagram tools like picodash, minter and simplymeasured but they don't allow many function in the free trial and some of them are really expensive.

You can find Instagram hashtags for a niche (with trends) by looking at the "related" list on Hashtagify.

The results are limited for the free option but it should cover the major hashtags.
