What do you guys use to promote your youtube videos?

Currently running a channel but it's pretty hard to drive traffic. I post my links to latest facebook posts that are related to what the video is about ,but it isn't working well. Posted links on reddit as well with no results.

Try posting in Facebook groups. Also I've heard that once you've got 100+ videos on your channel YouTube helps you out in related videos and search results.
