Tools to Offer Affiliates

I want to offer affiliate payments on one of our products, but not sure how to go about this in an automated way. Right now we just pay by ACHing to affiliates but there are probably better ways to go about managing this...

Would there also be an option for us to post about what we do and how people can refer?

If you use WordPress, there are plenty of plugins that will track and pay affiliate automatically (like AffiliateWP). There are also networks like ShareaSale but they charge to join.

Also in this subject - is there a chance to sell my products by e.g. OGAds?
