what do you guys think is the best tools to make the fastest amount of money for a noob?

I would say start with social networking bots, like twitter/facebook etc.

then move onto seo once youve got a good start

A website - Hard work and dedication - Effort and SEO. Tools are ok but there is no substitute for effor and hard work. If it was that easy then everybody would be doing it and they'd be no need for sites like this
