I don't think so that any tools can generate web traffics for you, Social media is the best way to increase traffics.

I looking for an easy to use free or cheap monthly social media tool;
a) to find daily new related influencer content to share on FB, IG, Twitter and Tumblr on one desk/dashboard.
b) where I can schedule my social media posts
c) ideal when I can doing automatic /semi automatic following (get followers)
all in one desk is easier, as have multiple tools, have open multiple browser tabs for each task.....
any recommendations here? Buffer, Hootsuite all to expensive for me at the beginning.

out it in the effort and lay the proper foundation for a good ranking and high traffice website. engagement is also a big favctor.

Use tools for website stats/reports. If you want to increase website traffic then use google ads services and improve your content to get more attention of visitors.

Paying for that kind of service is a waste of money and time, tools can't give your site organic traffic it could increase your spam score, but great tools can! - I won't suggest doing that instead, you should gain more "ORGANIC TRAFFIC" with social shares by sharing unique relevant articles and good contents with low keywords.
