Tools to find toxic links

Good day,

I bought about 400 links about three months ago, I did not notice any positive growth from them. In the search console, at first 200 links were displayed, now it has fallen to 50. As I understand it, it is better to add to disavow those links that were not indexed at all. I plan to remove the .edu links. How to automatically determine the mass toxicity of other links? Is there any good tools or any criterias for manual evaluation?

Also interested, have been bombarded with random links too. Like autoblogging sites.
