It depends how many accounts you want to make for models, I just outsource the work to a VA for reddit (After doing initial profile setup I guide on how to post, where to post, how to respond to messages, etc).

This way will be more expensive than automation, but you will get a lot of dms if you are running an OF girl reddit account (and I mean a LOT), all of which are potential customers if you can talk to them correctly.
If you are considering this route there are a few key things to note:

1. Always try to move the conversation from reddit to onlyfans as soon as possible (Keep mentioning things like, I prefer to reply on onlyfans)

2. If someone asks why you want to move the convo to onlyfans say something like
"There's a lot of creeps on reddit but with onlyfans I feel a sense of security on the platform but on here I get many unsolicited and creepy dms. I know you're friendly/different/ (Add some random bs to make them feel special) so I'm not bothered with you but I'd really prefer to move it to onlyfans because I don't feel safe here. As a bonus you can see all of my exclusive content too!". Obviously, don't copy paste and edit it yourself a bit and find what works best for you.

3. Set up a good pinned post on the profile and make sure it contains all links, maybe some info about the model, mention you always reply within 24 hours on onlyfans, add a "menu" for custom comissions, and add more info relating to your niche.

4. If after 3-5 tries to move convo to onlyfans they still aren't willing, just ignore the person and stop replying to them. They will either not buy (then they are useless to you anyway) or after a while of ignoring they will eventually cave in and buy the OF.

5. Make a linktree and link to other social medias as well as onlyfans to get a boost for all of them. Reddit > Twitter has decent conversions but they are mostly low follower accounts but still they will like and rt your tweets.

6. Make your own subreddit and post some stuff there, crosspost it to all nsfw subreddits in your niche that allow crossposting (you'll have to research this).

There's other things too, but it's all niche specific so I'm being broad with this reply.
