I need tools like

100 urls to submit to 400-500 directories
100 url to submit to top Social Bookmarking

Any recomandations ?

I'd say SENuke or Bookmarking Demon. There's also a tool being developed by a BHW user called Link Builder Pro. search it up

When you realize how much of a pain in the ass and a time sink it is doing it manually.
