Tools to create ads for affiliates?

Any CB Vendors: What tools do you use to create ads and banners for affiliates to use? My first product is about to go live and, while a full website might be best to sell it, I want to provide ads and banners for affiliates to use too. What tools/sites are you guys using to create them? Thanks.
