Tools to check redirects on a domain every few seconds

Is there any tools out there where we can automated a link check on a webpage like every 1 second.

We need to check a presell page that has this link on it bt.offer1.com/click?lp=1, so basically it will need to scan through the code and click the link then record a log.

Is there any tools out there like this?
