Hello,
can anyone point me to tools that can help me in writing articles, i am writing seo optimised article. Is there any tools which while writing will show me different stats such as keyword density?

Any freeware or tools found in the members download section will do.

In today's climate I would suggest doing it yourself, I've tried a copywriting software in the past and by the time I've re-edited it I could of just wrote a relevant article by my own creation.
 
use google as your friend,see similar related topics to your keyword by typing it
 
I use add-on Seo Quake for checking the density. I may suggest you an on-line tool textalyser and check for online spinners so that you can write 1 text and spin many times. You will get non-plagiarized texts.
 
Use Dragon NaturallySpeaking it's fast and it's easy.
 
I tried wordai and their turing spin is quite helpful. it's a bit pricey ($50 p/m) but if you are talented you can come up with hundreds of 100% original articles every month. Hope that helps...
 
I think you need to try to write for users not for SEO. If the article is good will spread Just my 2 cents.
