Tools that keep everything organized

What are the best tools to keep you organized. From what I have read around here there's going to be a lot of links and webs and directories and more to keep organized. I tried setting up a spread sheet but there has to be tool the manages this. Oh and might I possibly ask for free?? hahahaha

Before everyone jumps in with a list of the latest gadgets and software organizers. I would like to say I keep big black old fashioned diaries of all my sites. And I copy and back up all info and emails to those sites to a backup hard drive and a back up mobile hard drive. Tools are great but when the shit hits the fan I like to have as much as possible in pen and ink.

Yes, that's definitely true I have always insisted on my clients to always backup their data and I have been putting off backing up my own for about 6 months. Redundant backups are like lovers on the side, always there when you need some.

Raven tools sets up tasks and reminds you while keeping tracks of events. Plus tons of tools.

My tool wish list would consist of:

Keep track of user and pass of all web20
Keep track of Admin URL's of all web20
Keep track of Submitted URL's of all web20

and the same for Directories, Forums, Q&A's, Youtube, Social
by niche, and all in one tool with proxy/captcha support

I know there is a tool. Too many wise peeps here not to be one.

I use the following systems for keeping organised (SEO as well as other stuff, everything in fact):

1.Serpbuddy - to keep track of all my rankings
2.Excel - I keep a list of all my domains,databases,email,ftp and so on in spreadsheets
3.Livedrive - I keep all my spreadsheets, notepads, ranking info and so on in Livedrive (cloud storage) its accessible for me anywhere and its actually the best thing I ever done to get organised - I have structured folder system for everything and its really a good tool.
4.Physical Diary - still cant beat a physical diary for day to day tasks - I try and put as much as i can in there - I find that if you dont pin jobs down to a date, you tend to leave it not done.
5.On-going tasks - some things just cant be done straight away (or they are long term goals) for this I keep a single on-going tasks list for things that dont need immediate action, but do need doing at some point.

That basically keeps me organised with everything

I had put together a html page with rows/columns of the links, that I could open up locally and click on. It got a little hectic.

I hate excel (don't know how to use well) but that really makes the most sense right now.

roboform was great, but only used the free version long ago.

I keep hearing about good ole pen and paper..ok,ok I grabbed some legal pads today.hahahaha

but the bad hthink about pen and paper is, that you cannot copy and paste.
