Hello,
I know there is LFE and SN but does any one know any other tools can create and post to wpmu sites.

I would also be interested in a tool that could automate the creation of accounts/blogs on WPMU sites. As far as posting to WPMU sites, look at BlogBot. It can post "spun" posts to as many blogs as you want.

Why don't you just use Senuke and LFE? They're the best at this and compliment eachother awesomely.
