Tools & technics to populate an empty forum ?

Do a quick google search for Postloop, they offer posting services.
I too have been needing a way to do this. There was a plugin for phpbb (I use smf) that would scrape yahoo answers and populate that way, but it is a deadzone now. Nobody replies to support emails and probably doesn't work now. It is over a year old. Someone can make a small fortune if they provide a way to do this.
postloop just does post trades. You post on their forum, they post on yours. I really don't see the point of this, since the subject area would not be of their main interest. You would be better off just creating fake accounts and posting yourself.
