If your goal is to check website issues screaming frog works perfectly. For backlinking i recommend Ahrefs. You can also buy an affordable version from shared sources available.

Would recemond you using Ubersuggest & one personally. What i use is pagespeed.web.dev.

It checks all the things and Also Tells You what is missing.
