Tools for Running Multiple Large Facebook Groups

Some people manage multiple (10+) Facebook groups simultaneously and also maintain a high level of activity (+100 posts/day with initial comments) from the dozen personal profile accounts.

What user-friendly tools are available to facilitate these activities?

P.S. I am asking this because I want to know which tools exist and how people manage to grow such big groups.

hootsuite, one of them, you can manage your facebook accounts in bulk

I know some but haven't tried them yet, such as: Planable, Social Champ, Hootsuite. And the most familiar one: Meta Business Suite - while it doesn't support personal profiles or group postings, it offers a centralized platform to handle your business assets efficiently.

You could check out cloud phones. I’ve used them to run a bunch of facebook accounts at once, and they work pretty well.
