Tools for Managing Multiple Google My Business Profiles

Please suggest some tools (paid or free) that allow me to manage multiple Google My Business profiles.

I’m managing a chain business with over 75 locations and need to post offers and updates on all these listings. This is my primary requirement.

The following additional features would also be helpful:

• Managing reviews: Get the total number of reviews, identify which location has the highest rating, etc.
• Updating photos across all listings
• Updating business information (descriptions, timings, category, phone number, etc.) across all listings
