What tools do i need to make a tutorial video for youtube.
A professional like on udemy or Lynda.com

Pay a voiceover artist if you're not native, use audacity or even OBS if you want to record your voice.

I use OBS to screen record and if you want to make something like a music video or something use Adobe After affects but really depends on what your going to make, but also for voice over fiverr works fine for me.
