We're using Email Marketing 24/7 for sending bulk email from our Nexus 7. It's an android app but has all the features that an email marketing app need.

To by pass email spam filter, please make sure that you email is in compliance with CAN-SPAM act policy like your email subject must be reflect the email content; there is a away for user to stop receiving your email (we often call unsubscribe)...
If you email doesn't content those, a lot mail servers will put your email into spam or even reject.
 
to send bulk email is the violation of law, but don't worry you may send huge number of emails using imacros

I would recommend using the tool Mandrill where it ensures mail delivery. However, this service is not free but definitely delivers your mail messages.

A quick google search of 'Mandrill Mail' will bring up the appropriate result.

I have previously used this service - found it to be excellent.
 
When I want to send bulk emails, I usually use javelin or any other wordpress plugin like Wysija (retarded name I can't even pronounce it). Then I buy a cheap vps along with a domain name and send my emails to the users that I want. If you use a shared hosting provider, they'll certainly cut you and ban you!
 
I am not certain about email blasting.

If someone doesn't like you, they can shut you down by complaining to your isp provider.
 
You can use Amazon SES to send your emails. But your list should be opted in.
 
Totally agree with the comment of rankerx on using a double opt in list with Amazon SES solution, any effort with less hygienic list will go fruitless. One needs to select the solution mindfully, according to the hygiene of the list..

hi, i used a software can send emails in bulk. That is BlackBulkMail, and it is free. one word: awesome.
