Sendgrid , getresponse , Mandrill are good if you have clean email list and have to send clean contents But if you want to promote money making products and also not sure about your list then its good to setup own mail server according to requirement

" without any violation of law? " - it's not possible if you use an single mail id & send more than 50 Emails within 1 hour using same Proxy Setting!

Whatever, you can some software like : SENDBLASTER3 ; it may help you.

Clickback uses their own IP's and domains to send non permission-based emails so clients (or you) never have to worry about being blacklisted. I tried Both plus ultramailer , maxbulk mailer , for me I would recommend atomic email sender has great options , SMTP rotation , proxy rotation , great templates

Im too going into this email marketing , still testing till find my way
