How to get interspire to work I download the files but don't know how to use it and what hosts are recommended? and the settings?

I have created a S/W which allow you to send emails. Its have custom field to create dynamic Message for each sender. I will try to post it today or tomorrow.
 
can you configure this for me please? and what does this cost. Also i like to know if you can supply me with goo quality email lists. PM me so we ca discuss more and do alot.

IEM combined with Sendgrid is a good soltion. But, you'll need to get fast dedicated server with dedicated hard drive. Also for speed you'll need to get a multithread addon (expensive, but which I am attempting to null right now and help would be welcome).
 
Don't forget to always verify your e-mail list with a checker tool to validate addresses, otherwise you'd be wasting resources...

yes you can do this search on google for software and buy emails in bulk
then buy some proxy and use this
