First of all get a VPS since without one you'd probably get into trouble quick. There are pay services that can do this for you actually. As well as some freelancers in BHW.
agreed, atomic is not cool. their support sucks. also, avoid their smtp service. they will take your money and block you after sending around 300 emails (slightly more than the free amount). This happens even with a very good REAL list with a very low bounce rate... Avoid Avoid at all costs

Yes it is, Because Bulk Email Send tool is not work properly they sent you mail in spam folder not in inbox.
