Toolbar that lets me bundle exe with my software for $$$?

I have a great method of getting downloads and since all the PPI companies are homo and never accept anyone without a awesome website, I wanna bundle toolbars with my software but I cant find any company that lets me download their toolbar exe and bundle it with my stuff. All the toolbar sites Ive found want the user to download it from their link, which isnt good for me.

Anyone know any good Toolbar sites that I can work with?

PPI discussions are not allowed on BHW. And they do accept you even without a website. You have to talk with them and convince them that you will be a good addition to their team, and deliver those installs/downloads.

PPI is not cool.

Its not PPI, I mentioned I tried getting into a PPI program but it didnt work, PPI is all dirty virus's and malware anyways, im just after simple relatively harmless toolbars
