Toolbar installations or something, anyone?

OK, it's simple. I'm a budding Python developer and I know how to code small apps, bots, etc.

What I need therefore is a way to monetize those - something like a toolbar installation the user agrees to.
However, I preferably want a ongoing income - I don't care if it's a dollar a month per user, just so long as I can get ongoing income in ad revenue or something from each installation of my software.

Anyone know how to do what I'm asking about? Help would be fantastic. Thanks.

You need to come up with a convincing toolbar so that a user is happy to install. I think twice before installing a toolbar that will make my browser or phone slow. If it's going to pop ads everytime I search something, then again that's a problem. So customize your toolbar as the one which installs swiftly and works that way as well.
