Tool - Usernames grabber from vbulletin

Hi all..

I need to grab all (many) usernames from specific vBulletin forums.

These forums are in another language, and I need usernames from this particular language.

Is there any tool that would do this job for me?

I think these not allowed in vbulletin but you can use one of grapping programmes
