Tool To Verify Vbulletin Links in Gmail.

Im looking for a tool that can verify emails that forums send out to my email. I need something that is automated and is proven to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

LOL...you know when you register for a forum and they require you to verify your email so they send a verification link to your email address that you have to click to show that the email is real. Is there a tool that can log into your email account (preferably Gmail) and basically click on the verification links for you instead of me having to go through and manually verify my email to over 2000 forums.
