Tool to Verify emails

I just bought GSA directory submitter and i am looking for a program that can CONFIRM the emails - BMD5, Bookmarkwiz and SENuke DO NOT do the job

Any recommendations would be welcome

here it is, ive only used it with gmail so i dont know how it works with aol,yahoo,etc but all you have to do is enter your user and pass to your gmail and your good to go. after you enter your user and pass, click check settings to make sure its accessing right, then click get mail, and after it retrieves all the emails click on confirm these links now. thats it. enjoy!

On the program, under the check settings button it says ignore the links that contain these words. By default it already has unsubs in the box so when its confirming links it will ignore the unsubscribe links. Any other keywords that you want it to ignore, just type it into that box.
