Tool to track Google positions for selected keywords

I am looking for a FREE tool that will allow me to save selected keywords and easily check how my website ranks on these keywords. so it will provide me with the following analysis:

Example: My domain is xxx.com

I am filling in the following keywords:

xxx
yyy
zzz

And the result will be:

For the domain: xxx.com

xxx - 5th place
yyy - 10th place
zzz - 2nd place

I know that are tools that check the Google position based on a keyword and a domain, like Keyword Rank Checker from Small Seo Tools but I need to fill in both every time or there are paid one's. I would like something free and where I can save it once and once loaded it will show me the results. If it will also show the difference over a period of time, it will be even better.
