Hey,

Is there any open source or free tool similar to sprout social where you can login with your account and post on social media platforms on a pre-scheduled basis?

Do you need a Windows software or WordPress plugin for the job? There are many free plugin outside there

I recommend checking out Buffer. I have used it to manage a Facebook page, Twitter account, and Instagram account (yes you can post to Instagram through your computer instead of your phone) You can also schedule out posts pretty far in advance.

They have a 14-day free trial so you can see if it actually fits your needs.

there are a bunch warbler,midrub etc i only found one that is free for twitter
