Tool to mass message Google users from reviews

Let's say I have a app called "Razors". I have 500+ customer reviews that is showing on Google PlayStore. In reviews it shows the username, I can click it and it'll take me to their + account. From there I can message the user. Is there a tool that can basically scrape those usernames from the page I specify, and then do a mass message with spinning text and obviously proxys and a time delay.

I'm wondering if a tool like this exist already?

Instead of looking for a ready-made tool, I would focus on getting a custom-tool made.

Seriously, a lot of the off-the-shelf tools out there need to be customized and are often too clunky.

Considering the specialized use you have in mind, I would suggest that you use your notification software custom-coded.

Thanks to cheap labor from places like the Philippines, India and Bangladesh, I'm sure this custom software isn't going to cost you an arm and a leg.
